Credit can be added in blocks, and will be used in any conversations that you have with Noa.
Read our terms of service, privacy policy, and refund policy.
By the way, we are international and believe in fairness. Because of this, we use country-appropriate prices in the hope that Noa is then accessible to you wherever you are in the world.
On average, one block of credit should be enough for a number of lesson plans and reflective conversations.
If you are currently a practicing teacher, then we firmly believe that Noticing, through Noa, can be an invaluable companion to you. From planning lessons, through making sense of standout moments in your classroom, to more in-depth exploratory classroom research, all of Noa’s abilities are available to support you.
Noticing is already being used in the wild by a select few institutions that we are delighted to collaborate with. We work closely in both development and research into our shared missions.
If you are interested in using Noticing in your institution, please contact us, we're always delighted to hear about new opportunities.

FAQs for Individuals
Q: How will I know how much credit I have remaining?
A: Log in to your account to view your profile. This page will show you how many credits you’ve used
during the current and past billing cycles.
Q: How can I add credit?
A: Log in to your account to view your profile. You will be able to add credit in blocks
to your balance. You may also opt in to automatically top-up your balance if it
drops below a predefined amount, e.g. automatically top-up whenever your balance goes below a predefined
amount. This is useful to ensure uninterrupted access to all of Noticing’s functionalities.
Q: How is credit usage calculated?
A: For conversations, after each message that you write to Noa, the following will add up to make the
total:
* The length of your latest message
* The length of your current conversation thread
* The length of the response from Noa
At the end of a conversation, any shareable or printable content that is generated will also incur a cost,
dependent on its length
Q: What if I run out of credit?
A: Before each action you take on Noticing is completed, your current balance will be checked, and if
there is not enough credit then the action will not continue and you will be offered the option to add
credit to your balance via your profile page.
